WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Digital HR Consultant, you will be responsible for successfully delivering digital HR transformations by implementing SAP SuccessFactors Modules for our customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals and maximize the value of their investment. You will lead workshops, configure solutions, and support user acceptance testing, while also providing expert consulting on system features and business processes.

Implementation Expertise:

Successfully implement SAP SuccessFactors Modules for customers following implementation methodology.

Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

Customer Engagement:
-
Facilitate workshops to demonstrate system functionalities and best practices.
-
Gather customer requirements and document them accurately.
-
Solution Configuration:
-
Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with customer needs.
-
Support user acceptance testing and ensure a smooth deployment and release to the production environment.

Consulting and Support:
-
Provide expert consulting to customers on specific features, system processes, and procedures.
-
Work closely with external and internal parties to communicate project goals, updates, and required tasks.

Knowledge Transfer:
-
Provide significant transfer of SuccessFactors product knowledge to customers.
-
Ensure customers are well-equipped to utilize SuccessFactors solutions effectively.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
-
Previous experience in implementing and/or administering SAP SuccessFactors modules.
-
Certified in SAP SuccessFactors module/s.
-
Excellent workshop facilitation and requirements documentation skills.
-
Proficiency in configuring solutions and supporting user acceptance testing.
-
Good understanding of HR business processes.
-
Ability to consult and communicate effectively with customers and project teams.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Desire for continuous learning and development.

Fluent English Language.
