What can you expect from our recruiting process?

Application Submission: 

Found a role that excites you? Submit your application and resume through our online portal so we can  learn about your skills and experience.

 

Initial Screening

Our TA team will review your application to see how your background aligns with the position's requirements. If it looks like a good match, we'll reach out to schedule an initial conversation.

 

Cultural Fit

This stage is a conversation with a representative from our TA team to ensure alignment with our company values and team dynamics, assessment of English language skills, and giving you more insight into your processes. We believe a strong cultural fit is key to mutual success and happiness.

- Technical Interviews: 

  • You'll meet with members of our team, who may include hiring managers, potential colleagues, and technical experts. This is a great opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to learn more about us and the role.

 

Technical Assessment/Challenge (optional)

For some of our roles, we'll invite you to complete a technical assessment (live-coding) or take-home challenge. This helps us understand your practical skills and problem-solving abilities relevant to the job.

 

Client Interview (optional)

For certain roles that involve direct collaboration with our clients, you may have an interview with them as a final stage. This ensures alignment on project needs and a strong working relationship from the start.  

 

Offer & Onboarding: 

If we’re a great match, we'll extend an offer to join our team. Once accepted, we'll kick off the onboarding process to welcome you and set you up for our journey together.
