Junior .NET Full-Stack Developer (Serbia)

We are seeking a Junior .NET Full-Stack Developer to join our team. We aren't just looking for someone to close tickets; we are looking for a teammate who wants to be part of the "why" and “how” behind what we build.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Build Full-Stack: Support our .NET backend services while also jumping into the frontend to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Collaborate Broadly: Join regular calls to discuss requirements and work through complex logic with senior developers.

• Manage Your Flow: Take initiative in tracking your tasks, checking in for next steps, and ensuring blockers are raised immediately.

• Learn & Adapt: Master our current tech stack while staying open to learning new tools as our environment evolves.

Who You Are

• A Clear Communicator: You are comfortable explaining your thought process and enjoy screen-sharing sessions to move work forward.

• The "Clarifier": If a requirement is vague, you don’t guess—you ask questions. You value getting it right over getting it done fast.

• Initiative-Taker: You don't wait for permission to improve something. If you see a better way to do a task, you suggest it.

• Team-First: You understand that "stalling silently" is the biggest risk to a project, so you keep everyone updated on your progress and timelines.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Back-End: Strong knowledge of C# and .NET 8+. You should be comfortable with modern syntax and features.

• Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and writing/maintaining Stored Procedures.

• Architecture: A solid understanding of the MVC (Model-View-Controller) pattern.

• Front-End: Working knowledge of JavaScript to build interactive user interfaces.

• Most importantly: A desire to learn the parts of the stack you don't know yet.

• Fluency in English
