Talent Acquisition Expert
- Partner with the hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the company culture deeply.
- Proactively source, screen, and assess high-potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and grow a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to clients.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications with candidates and clients.
- Proven experience as a Headhunter, Executive Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Expert.
- Strong sourcing skills and a solid understanding of the IT industry and job functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Comfortable with ATS tools and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SAP Success Factors).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
