We’re looking for a strategic and driven Таlent Acquisition Expert to join our growing talent acquisition team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing high-performing candidates in critical roles for our clients. This is a high-impact, relationship-focused position where your ability to source talent creatively will make all the difference.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Partner with the hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the company culture deeply.
Proactively source, screen, and assess high-potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer negotiation.
Maintain and grow a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to clients.
Represent the company professionally in all communications with candidates and clients.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Proven experience as a Headhunter, Executive Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Expert.
Strong sourcing skills and a solid understanding of the IT industry and job functions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Comfortable with ATS tools and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SAP Success Factors).
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
