We’re looking for a Senior C#/.NET Engineer to join a fast-paced project hosted on Microsoft Azure, developing an AI-driven solution that supports complex decision-making processes. The system emphasizes scalability, secure integration, and clean cloud-native architecture.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

● Architect, develop, and maintain .NET Core and ASP.NET applications hosted on Azure.
● Design and implement solutions using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Application Insights, Blob Storage, and Cosmos DB (in parallel with a Data Lake).
● Work with Azure DevOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and repeatable deployments.
● Ensure system observability and monitoring through Application Insights.
● Implement and integrate modern authentication protocols like OpenID Connect and OAuth.
● Make informed technical decisions regarding hosting models, configuration strategies, and infrastructure management.
● Contribute to discussions on evolving towards a microservices-based architecture in the future.
● Communicate technical decisions clearly and constructively, participating in design discussions and code reviews.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

● Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET, with strong experience building APIs.
● Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps.
● Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra for identity and access management.
● Database experience, including Cosmos DB (used alongside Data Lakes) and relational systems
● Understanding of database performance strategies (e.g., sharding, partitioning).
● Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect in .NET applications.
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure.
● Strong grasp of distributed system considerations and cloud-native design principles.
