We are looking for a highly experienced senior professional to lead the finalization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance) implementation and establish our foundational Finance Center of Excellence (CoE).

We need a seasoned finance expert who understands complex accounting workflows and financial reporting, combined with a proven track record of bringing those processes to life within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will act as the bridge between our finance team, and external implementation partners, ensuring the system is built to serve our strategic financial goals and is ongoing improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Dynamics 365 Finance Implementation

Financial Leadership: Act as the primary business owner for the stabilization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module. Partner with finance team and external integrators to ensure timelines, budgets, and business requirements are met.

Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership

Establish the CoE: Build and lead the internal center of expertise for Dynamics 365 Finance, acting as the ultimate escalation point for complex system/process queries.
Training & Change Management: Develop training materials and champion user adoption across the global finance team. Ensure users are confident and capable of leveraging the new system.
Continuous Improvement: Post-go-live, manage the backlog of financial system enhancements. Evaluate Microsoft’s wave releases to determine how new features can benefit Wiser’s financial operations.
Reporting & Analytics: Design and validate foundational financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting within D365 and Power BI.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Experience & Education:

Accounting Foundation: 8+ years of progressive experience in senior finance or accounting roles
Systems Expertise: 3+ years of direct experience leading or co-leading at least one full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
Credentials: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly preferred but not a must

Core Competencies:

The "Bridge" Mindset: Fluency in both "accounting speak" (debits/credits, month-end close, consolidations) and "systems speak" (data entities, configurations, workflows).
Management: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects/stakeholders, prioritize competing demands, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Leadership: Strong change management skills. You know how to guide a team through the stress of a major system transition with patience and clarity.
