Full-stack Engineer [Next.js+Python]

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-paced project hosted on AKS, with a strong focus on clean architecture, secure authentication, and scalable cloud-native applications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Architect, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs via Python and FastAPI applications hosted on Kubernetes and Azure.
• Develop and maintain Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Redux, Jotai or similar state management systems.
• Deploy, configure, and manage services using Azure DevOps, AKS, Azure Key Vault, Azure Container Registry, and related tools.
• Optimize database performance across Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, where applicable.
• Working with microservices, message brokers, and modern DevOps workflows.
• Implement and integrate modern authentication protocols like OpenID Connect and OAuth.
• Make informed technical decisions regarding hosting models, configuration strategies, and infrastructure management.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly and constructively, participating in design discussions and code reviews.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra for identity and access management.
• Practical experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes (AKS), Key Vault, and Container Registry.
• Experience with cloud-native storage technologies, especially Cosmos DB and Azure Storage.
• Understanding of database performance strategies (e.g., sharding, partitioning).
• Proven ability to evaluate and implement hosting and deployment strategies (Kubernetes vs. Azure Functions, etc.), CI/CD pipelines.

• Fluent in English.
• Ability to understand the requirements and provide design solutions based on the overall architecture of the system.
• Good understanding of quality expectations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Occasional traveling to client's locations.
• Strong communication skills: can clearly articulate and justify technical decisions.
• Practical communication skills to interact with customers and users.
